I'm striving hard to achieve my goals for March and in that pursuit I have been making more time for meditation. The meditation has given me time for self reflection and is slowly making me more aware of my body and surroundings. I now find myself driving with the music off and just sitting in my room, on my bed, with the TV off, computer closed, phone down, and just being. It has been quite soothing. I truly encourage you to try it. Just be.
